Where We Ship From
Banana Joe Games products are shipped directly from the production warehouse in China by air freight. This keeps stock fresh, packaging undamaged and delivery times consistent across the world.
Delivery Time
Estimated transit time from dispatch to delivery is 7 to 10 working days for every supported destination. The customer receives the tracking code by email once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Duties and Customs
For most countries Banana Joe Games ships under DDP terms (Delivered Duty Paid): all customs duties and import taxes are already included in the shipping rate shown at checkout. The customer pays once, nothing else is due on delivery.
For a small number of destinations the shipment is sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): the courier may collect customs duties and local import taxes from the recipient on delivery, in accordance with the rules of the destination country. The DDU destinations are:

- Iceland
- Indonesia
- Moldova
- Serbia
- Uruguay

Rates
The rate depends on the destination and on the total weight of the cart, and it is shown automatically at checkout before payment. For DDP destinations the rate already includes duties and import taxes.
As a reference, DOOMTILE: Core Game weighs about 1 kg, DOOMTILE: Complete Edition about 2 kg, each hero pack expansion about 0.3 kg and the playmat about 0.5 kg.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking code, which the customer receives by email at dispatch. The code can be checked on the courier's website at any time.
Damaged or Undelivered Parcels
If the parcel is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the customer is invited to accept it under specific reservation and to contact Banana Joe Games within 7 days at info@bananajoe.games, including photos of the parcel and the product. In the event of non-delivery within the maximum estimated time, a tracing request can be opened by writing to the same address.
