2. Subject

These terms govern the purchase of products at distance through bananajoe.games. The sale is subject to applicable Italian and European legislation on distance contracts, in particular Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 (electronic commerce) and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

3. Purchase Procedure

To complete a purchase, the customer selects the products of interest, adds them to the cart and proceeds to checkout. Before submitting the order, the customer reviews the order summary, the shipping and billing addresses, the payment method and the total amount including shipping costs.

Submitting the order constitutes a contractual offer. The contract is considered concluded when Banana Joe Games sends the order confirmation email to the customer.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in Euro and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout, before order confirmation.

Banana Joe Games reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Modifications do not apply to orders already confirmed.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are accepted: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, MB WAY, MobilePay and Satispay, where available in the customer's country. Payment data is processed directly by authorised providers and is not stored by Banana Joe Games.

8. Statutory Warranty

Products are covered by the 24-month statutory warranty of conformity, as provided by articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code. Procedures are described in the Returns & Refunds page.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, texts, videos, illustrations and content published on bananajoe.games are the property of Banana Joe Games Srls or of their respective owners, and are protected by national and international laws on copyright and industrial property. Reproduction, even partial, without express written authorisation, is prohibited. The trademarks "Banana Joe Games", "DOOMTILE" and "Be you. Replay." are the exclusive property of Banana Joe Games Srls.

10. Liability

Banana Joe Games is not liable for site malfunctions due to force majeure, extraordinary events or network service interruptions. Banana Joe Games is not liable for the content of third-party sites linked from its own site.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.

12. Changes

These terms may be modified at any time. Modifications do not apply to orders already confirmed and apply to new orders from the publication date.
